Use the filters to select the day for the route you want to see. Make sure that the “Status” filter is set to “opened” and the “Priorities” filter is set to “All Priorities”.Select “Visits List” from the menu. You can see a list view or a map view of your visits.

If the Status filter is not set to “opened” and/or the priorities filter is set to anything other than “All Priorities”, the map will still show your visits but a route will not be displayed (it wouldn’t make sense).

The meaning of the symbols showing on the top and route headers is as follows:

  1.  Total number of sites to visit in the route. 5 in this case.
  2.  Total number of jobs to do in the route. 5 in this case.
  3.  Total miles for the route. 52.5 miles in this case.
  4.  Total time the route will take (service time + driving time). 07 hours and 28 minutes in this case.
  5. Time of arrival to the end-address (including the time to go from the last customer to the end-address). This could be the engineer or driver home address or the depot address, depending on how you were setup in the app. In this case, the arrival time is 14:43h.

In a similar way, the route stats header will give you more insight about your route:

  1.  The driver or engineer related to the route. Andy Whyley in this case.
  2.  The route date. 3rd of October 2017 in this case.
  3.  The route start time. 07:15h in this case.
  4.  The route total duration (driving time + service time). 07h and 28 minutes in this case.
  5. The end-address arrival time. If there are no delays, the driver or engineer will arrive home (or the depot) at 14:43h.
  6.  Total number of sites to visit in the route. 5 in this case.
  7.  Total number of jobs to do in the route. 5 in this case.
  8.  Total miles for the route. 52.5 miles in this case.
  9.  The route total service time. 5 hours and 55 minutes in this case.
  10.  The route total driving time. 1 hour and 33 minutes in this case.
