Leads or quotes allow you to capture customer information to potentiate future business. Does your customer knows someone who knows someone that might need your services? It's good to capture that and keep it in our records.

Find the Leads & Quotes menu option in the main menu. Click it to see the list of existing leads:

To create a new Lead, just click the add (+) icon on the top right corner. Fill in the relevant information (at least one contact is mandatory) and click the green button at the end. Now, at this point, depending how your system is configured, the green button might read "Publish..." or "Send...". Never mind, just click it! The form is self explanatory.
